I love yougurt and eat a lot of it, even with all the buzz and testiomonials that cutting dairy from your diet improves your skin. They’re talking acne and roseasa to name a few, and that’s big but I have something else to add I’ve noticed with my consumption of dairy.
My skin is so much oiler the next day! So if you need help in that area as I do, try to reduce consumption of dairy. It’s going to be hard to give up my favorite vanilla yougurt, but darn it I will if it means no more greasy face!
