No-Bake Peanut Butter Oatmeal Balls With 2 Flavor Options

When you want a nutritious snack filled with protein, fiber, healthy sugar and spice give these No-Bake balls a try.

First flavor option

Ingredients:

1 1/2 cups rolled oats (preferably Bob’s Red Mill Old Fashioned Rolled Oats)

2/3 cup peanut butter

1/2 cup dark raisins

1/4 cup pure maple syrup

1/2 tsp. cinnamon

1/4 tsp. clove

Chocolate sprinkles for rolling balls (helps to combat their slight stickiness)

Preparation:

In a large bowl combine all ingredients except chocolate sprinkles) and mix thoroughly

Roll into tablespoon sized balls. Using wet hands helps to prevent mixture from sticking to you (or use a melon baller.) Note: you may lose a little of the mixture if you need to rinse and wet your hands as you go. Place sprinkles in shallow dish. Roll balls in sprinkles. Makes approximately 12 balls if using tablespoon. Refrigerate, covered.
